Project Purpose: Funding will be used to prevent further creek bank erosion, protect residential structures from flooding, expand recreational opportunities, and improve quality of life along Spavinaw Creek below Eucha Dam for Northeastern Oklahomans, including citizens of the Cherokee Nation.
